How quickly can I activate cover?
Most individual and family plans activate within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Corporate enrolments typically go live within 5 business days, depending on team size.
Do I need to pay upfront and get reimbursed?
No, every RevoHealth network hospital is direct-billed. Show your AccessCare member ID and walk in; we settle the bill with the hospital.
What's covered under telemedicine?
Video and chat consultations with licensed Nigerian doctors, e-prescriptions, lab-test orders, and follow-ups, 24/7, in English and Pidgin. It's included in every tier.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, you can upgrade any time and your benefits expand at the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
What about pre-existing conditions?
We cover most pre-existing conditions after a brief waiting period (typically 3 months). Chronic care for hypertension, diabetes, and similar conditions is fully covered from RevoPlus and above.
