Welcome to RevoHealth. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, the AccessCare member platform, and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using RevoHealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol as a primary member. Members under 18 must be enrolled as dependants on a parent or guardian's plan. You must reside in Nigeria and provide accurate information at enrolment.
3. Account registration & security
To use the AccessCare member platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the service to harm, harass, or impersonate another person
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another member's account
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Nigerian law
5. Member services & cover
Your specific health-cover benefits, exclusions, and conditions are set out in your Member Handbook and Plan Schedule. Where these Terms conflict with your Member Handbook, the Member Handbook prevails for matters of cover.
You agree to:
- Use only your own member ID for accessing care
- Cooperate with our medical team for pre-authorisations and reviews
- Pay any premiums, co-payments, or fees applicable to your plan
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details or dependants
6. Third-party services
Our services include integrations with third parties, partner hospitals, telemedicine providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their actions, policies, or services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the RevoHealth website and AccessCare platform, including logos, text, graphics, code, and trademarks, is owned by RevoHealth or our licensors. You may use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Information on the RevoHealth website is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for personal medical decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevoHealth and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or ₦100,000, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RevoHealth, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay premiums, or use our services in a way that risks harm to other members or to us. Termination of your account does not waive any obligations you incurred before termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved by the courts of Nigeria, subject to applicable arbitration provisions in your Member Handbook.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active members. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
